Mount Pulag Protected Landscape encompasses the third highest peak in the Philippines at 2,922 metres and the surrounding protected area in Kabayan, Benguet. The protected landscape includes extraordinary biodiversity from pine forests at lower elevations through mossy forest to open summit grasslands. Home to the Philippine Eagle and numerous endemic species. All hikers must register with the DENR and hire a local guide before entering the protected area.
